Sunstone Psychiatric Covid Response
Sunstone is committed to continuing to provide support and services while being proactive in ensuring the health of our communities, families, and each other. To this end, we are rolling out Telehealth services through doxy.me. We are strongly encouraging telehealth visits for follow up appointments unless there is a barrier to access. Please note: starting March 16th, all follow up visits will be changed to a telehealth appointment until further notice. If there are barriers to accessing care via telehealth and/or you have a strong preference for an in office visit, please call the clinic at 503-477-7878.
Doxy.me is HIPAA compliant, free to use, nothing to download, and visits can be billed to your insurance just like regular office visits. Best of all, there is no need to miss appointments for mild illness, childcare, or for concerns about coronavirus.
Next steps?
Approximately 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment please find a space that is comfortable and provides privacy for confidentiality. Allow time to turn on your microphone and webcam.

You will then get the link directly to your provider’s room! It is that easy.
-We are continuing to conduct initial evaluations in the clinic for now; these appointments will be scheduled in a staggered fashion, to limit the number of individuals in the waiting room. If you are currently scheduled for an initial visit, please plan to attend your appointment at the date/time schedule at the office located at 2828 SW Kelly Ave, Ste B, Portland, OR 97201.
However, if you have any concerns, are experiencing any signs/symptoms of illness, and/or a household member has had a fever or cough in the last 24 hours, please be in touch with our office to discuss options such as changing to a virtual visit and/or rescheduling for a later date.
