Sara Weber

PMHNP

Sara is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Oregon. She specializes in the diagnosis & treatment of adults with mood disorders, thought disorders, & ADHD.  She strives to blend her expertise with a patient's mental health goals, using a combination of medication & limited psychotherapy. She has a particular interest in providing trauma informed care.

Sara has been working in mental health for over 20 years in a variety of roles.  Her experience ranges from caregiving for young adults with autism to Director of Nursing in a child and adolescent residential center.  She has been working as a PMHNP for over 6 years in an outpatient clinical setting.  Sara graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Spanish & International Studies from the University of Oregon.  She holds a BS degree in Nursing from University of Washington & a MS degree from University of North Dakota.  

Through her years of experience, she has learned that developing a supportive patient provider rapport results in the best outcomes. It is her priority to build a strong working relationship based on care, trust & collaboration.
